Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your order. We only accept returns of products that are in new, original condition. We do not accept return of used products.

Extended Return Period For Holiday Shipping: Returns are now accepted through 01/31/2023 on the same conditions as our return policies.

We don't charge any restocking fee.

If you wish to cancel your order, once the order has been placed, please send an email immediately after placing the order to info@sukaldeusa.com; for ground orders we can guarantee cancelation if you have sent the email up to 6-hours after placing the order; for expedite orders we cannot guarantee cancelation.

Refunds will be processed within 2 and 3 business days after we receive your return, thus expect between 3 and 4 business days to see a credit in your original form of payment.

Shipping charges are not refundable under any condition; the only exception will be if we have shipped the wrong product or if the product has arrived damaged or defective; on this case, shipping charges are refundable.

In case your items are incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective 

 They may be returned as long as they are unused and include all original parts and packaging. Items returned within 30 days from the date of receiving them are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. 
 
To make a return in case of items incorrect, damaged or defective: 

  1. Email us at info@sukaldeusa.com.
  2. Please let us know your order number, the items you would like to return and the reason for returning. 
  3. Once the return is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a Prepaid label. 
  4. Package all items securely and safely into the original shipping box. Print and tape the prepaid label provided to the outside of the shipping box. Be sure to include all original parts and packaging. 
  5. Drop off at your local UPS, FedEx or USPS Store, depending on the courier we choose. 
  6. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 
In case you purchased the wrong items or you no longer want them 

They may be returned as long as they are unused and include all original parts and packaging. Items returned within 30 days from the date of receiving them are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

  2. You will receive an email confirmation. We’ll provide you with the address where the items should be shipped. 
  3. Package all items securely and safely into the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original parts and packaging. 
  4. Bring your package to a local UPS, FedEx or USPS Store, and provide them with the shipping address. 
  5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
