Sargadelos
The history of Sargadelos begins in 1806, when Antonio Raimundo Ibáñez s a project that w change the landscape of Galician industry and art forever
The production of ceramic ware has been the main activity of Sargadelos since it was created in the 19th century, when Antonio Raimundo Ibáñez built the first porcelain factory in the north of the province of Lugo.
Our products stand out for the exquisite craftsmanship applied in the process of manufacturing each of our pieces. All the dinnerware, figures and porcelain jewellery are decorated and finished by hand after leaving the kilns at our factories.
One of the main hallmarks of the porcelain of Sargadelos is the originality of its designs, inspired by traditional forms and motifs of Galician and celtic culture.
All the creations are easily recognizable by their own colors, genuine typography and exclusive molds, the result of the talent and hard work of outstanding Galician artists such as Luis Seoane, Isaac Diaz Pardo and Xosé Vizoso.
