This Sora knife set is ideal for beginners. It uses Shun's patented composite blade technology and is joined with a VG cutting edge with a stainless steel J part. The shape of the blades and handles are designed like beautiful Japanese knives and have an elegant wavy pattern. The handles are made from a textured PP/TPE polymer that provides balance.
